Search Compliance Training
Search committee members are required to complete search compliance training before serving on a committee. The Office for Inclusion and Civil Rights (OICR) facilitates training workshops providing information about AA/EEO compliance search process steps and overcoming implicit bias in the search and hire process. An online module is currently available. The 45-minute online module fulfills the training requirement.
- UConn Storrs employees please enroll through the Learning @ Work portal here.
- UConn Health employees please register here for the sessions.
Search compliance training attendance is not tracked in PageUp. Employees can verify their training status in the Learning @ Work portal.
If you have any questions about the training requirement, the training itself, or prior training attendance, please call or e-mail Katherine Kenyon, Education and Training Specialist, at 860-486-9590 or katherine.kenyon@uconn.edu.
