Heritage and observance messaging remains a cornerstone of OICR’s communications strategy. Each month, our office develops original written content and visual materials recognizing the diverse cultural, religious, and identity-based communities that make up UConn. These messages are created in collaboration with community members and campus partners and serve as opportunities to celebrate contributions, increase awareness, and foster a greater sense of belonging across the University community.
