Current Efforts

• Health equity data dashboard – a centralized hub for data disaggregated by identity demographics to look at quality and safety outcomes for patients, trends in patient grievances, and the diversity of our employee population
• Meeting with partners in Finance and Reporting and Healthcare Compliance and Privacy to prepare for the upcoming impact of changes to eligibility requirements and cuts to Medicaid

• High Performer status for the 2026 Healthcare Equality Index sponsored by the Human Rights Campaign. 
• Clarification of guidance for bi/multilingual staff around providing care and their interactions with patients in their native language.
