Susan Hoge joined the Office for Inclusion and Civil Rights (Formerly, Office of Institutional Equity) in July 2016.  Susan serves as the Executive Assistant to the Vice President, Dr. Jeffrey Hines. She is responsible for performing a wide range of administrative and support activities for the VP as well as the office.

Prior to joining OICR, Susan was an Administrative Manager at UConn’s Institute for Collaboration on Health, Intervention and Prevention (InCHIP). Her career in higher education also includes working as a Classification and Compensation Analyst in the Department of Human Resources at the University of California, San Francisco.

Susan graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from San Diego State University.
